Sutra 4

मदेन हस्तवधः मोहेन द्विशतः ॥ कZ_०४.११.०४ ॥

madena hastavadhaḥ mohena dviśataḥ

If the act is committed in drunkenness, (the penalty is) amputation of the hand; if committed in delusion/folly, a fine of two hundred applies.
