अन्यत्र नेनिजतो वस्त्रोपघातं षट्पणं च दण्डं दद्युः ॥ कZ_०४.१.१५ ॥
Transliteration
anyatra nenijato vastropaghātaṃ ṣaṭpaṇaṃ ca daṇḍaṃ dadyuḥ
Translation
If they wash elsewhere (i.e., not on the prescribed surfaces) and the cloth is damaged, they shall pay compensation for the damage and a fine of six paṇas.
