Sutra 29

सवर्णतश्च प्रजाता नापवादं लभेत ॥ कZ_०३.४.२९ ॥

savarṇataś ca prajātā nāpavādaṃ labheta

And if she bears a child by a man of the same varṇa, she should not incur legal blame or public reproach.
