Sutra 2

अन्यत्र दीव्यतो द्वादशपणो दण्डो गूढाजीविज्ञापनार्थम् ॥ कZ_०३.२०.०२ ॥

anyatra dīvyato dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍo gūḍhājīvijñāpanārtham ||

For gambling elsewhere (outside the authorized place), the fine is twelve paṇas—so as to identify and expose clandestine livelihoods.
