अक्षभूमिहस्तदोषाणां चाप्रतिषेधने द्विगुणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०३.२०.१२ ॥
Transliteration
akṣabhūmihastadoṣāṇāṃ cāpratiṣedhane dviguṇo daṇḍaḥ
Translation
For not preventing defects/fraud relating to dice, the gaming-ground/board, or the player’s hand, the penalty is double.
