अनुपहरतां सप्तरात्रादूर्ध्वं द्वादशपणो दण्डः त्रिपक्षादूर्ध्वमभियोगं दद्युः ॥ कZ_०३.११.३८ ॥
Transliteration
anupaharatāṃ saptarātrād ūrdhvaṃ dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ tripakṣād ūrdhvam abhiyogaṃ dadyuḥ
Translation
For those who do not present (their testimony), after seven nights the penalty is twelve paṇas; and after three fortnights, a charge/complaint may be lodged (against them).
