कारणापदेशेन निवृत्तवृद्धिकमन्यत्र तिष्ठेत् ॥ कZ_०३.११.१२ ॥
Transliteration
kāraṇāpadeśena nivṛttavṛddhikam anyatra tiṣṭhet
Translation
If, by pleading a reason, interest has been stopped (or suspended), the claim shall stand otherwise (i.e., without further increase, and subject to re-filing only under proper grounds).
