सर्वत्राष्टगुणः इति पाराशराः ॥ कZ_०२.७.१२ ॥

Transliteration

sarvatrāṣṭaguṇaḥ iti pārāśarāḥ.

Translation

According to the Pārāśaras: everywhere (for these cases) the penalty is eightfold.
