Transliteration

puṣpaphalavāṭaṣaṇḍakedāramūlavāpāḥ setuḥ

Translation

The irrigation-and-embankment department (setu) yields revenue from: flower and fruit gardens, plantations/groves, cultivated fields, root-crops, and water-reservoirs/irrigation works.
