विपर्यये मूल्यद्विगुणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.५.१४ ॥
Transliteration
viparyaye mūlya-dviguṇo daṇḍaḥ.
Translation
If the opposite is found (i.e., the standards are violated), the fine is twice the value.
