Sutra 9

ततः परं गन्धमाल्यरसपण्याः प्रसाधनकारवः क्षत्रियाश्च पूर्वां दिशमधिवसेयुः ॥ कZ_०२.४.०९ ॥

tataḥ paraṃ gandhamālyarasapaṇyāḥ prasādhanakāravaḥ kṣatriyāś ca pūrvāṃ diśam adhivaseyuḥ

Beyond that, the traders in perfumes, garlands, and liquors/juices, the artisans of personal adornment, and the kṣatriyas should inhabit the eastern quarter.
