पण्यानामदेशकालविक्रेतारमस्वकरणं च निवेदयेयुः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.०७ ॥

Transliteration

paṇyānām adeśakālavikretāram asvakaraṇaṃ ca nivedayeyuḥ

Translation

They shall report those who sell goods at an improper place or time, and those acting without authorization/without proper compliance.
