श्मशानादन्यत्र न्यासे दहने च द्वादशपणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.३३ ॥

Transliteration

śmaśānād anyatra nyāse dahane ca dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

For depositing (a corpse) or cremating it anywhere other than the cremation-ground: the fine is 12 paṇas.
