पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

For dumping dust/refuse on the street, the fine is one-eighth (of a standard penalty unit); for obstructing the flow of mud and water, the fine is one-quarter.
