He shall construct a stable-hall proportionate to the horse-strength (capacity): its length according to the establishment, its breadth twice the horse-length; with four doors and a central turning-space; with a projecting front (portico/entry), and with benches and planks at the doors; and with the hall populated/ornamented with monkeys, peacocks, spotted deer, mongooses, partridges, parrots, and mynas (as a managed presence).
