पादहीनं वडवानां पारशमानां च ॥ कZ_०२.३०.२३ ॥

Transliteration

pādahīnaṃ vaḍavānāṃ pāraśamānāṃ ca

Translation

For mares and for Pāraśama-type horses, a deduction is made when the animal is deficient in the feet (i.e., has foot/hoof defects).
