तेषां नदीपर्वतदुर्गं जनपदारक्षस्थानम् धान्वनवनदुर्गमटवीस्थानमापद्यपसारो वा ॥ कZ_०२.३.०२ ॥

teṣāṃ nadīparvatadurgaṃ janapadārakṣasthānam dhānvanavanadurgamaṭavīsthānam āpadyapasāro vā

For such forts/regions, there should be a river-fort or mountain-fort, protected stations for the countryside, and, in emergencies, withdrawal to desert-forts, forest-forts, or forest (āṭavī) stations.
