काले तीर्थे चानिषृष्टतारिणः पादोनसप्तविंशतिपणस्तरात्ययः ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१६ ॥

Transliteration

kāle tīrthe cāniṣṛṣṭatāriṇaḥ pādonasaptaviṃśatipaṇas tarātyayaḥ

Translation

If, at the proper time and at the authorized ford, the ferryman does not permit passage, the penalty for obstructing the crossing is twenty-six and a quarter paṇas.
