रज्जुवर्तकैर्वर्मकारैश्च स्वयं संसृज्येत ॥ कZ_०२.२३.१७ ॥
Transliteration
rajjuvartakair varmakāraiś ca svayaṃ saṃsṛjyeta
Translation
He (the superintendent/state) shall have (these items) produced directly by rope-makers and armor/leather-workers.
