क्रेतृसंघर्षे मूल्यवृद्धिः सशुल्का कोशं गच्छेत् ॥ कZ_०२.२१.०९ ॥

Transliteration

kretṛsaṃgharṣe mūlyavṛddhiḥ saśulkā kośaṃ gacchet

Translation

When buyers compete against one another, the resulting increase in price—together with the duty—shall go to the treasury.
