अक्षेषु नान्दीपिनद्धं कारयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.१९.१६ ॥
Transliteration
akṣeṣu nāndīpinaddhaṃ kārayet
Translation
On the axle/pivot points, he should have a nāndī-fastening/binding made (i.e., a specified securing/locking arrangement on the pivots).
