निसृष्टिस्थापना कार्यकरणे वचने तथा ॥ कZ_०२.१०.४३अब् ॥

Transliteration

nisṛṣṭisthāpanā kāryakaraṇe vacane tathā

Translation

Delegation (nisṛṣṭi) and establishment/confirmation (sthāpanā) apply in the execution of tasks and likewise in official verbal instructions.
