अन्तेष्वन्तपालदुर्गाणि जनपदद्वाराण्यन्तपालाधिष्ठितानि स्थापयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.०१.०५ ॥

Transliteration

anteṣv antapāladurgāṇi janapadadvārāṇy antapālādhiṣṭhitāni sthāpayet

Translation

At the borders he should establish frontier-guard forts—gateways of the countryside—placed under the authority of frontier officers (antapāla).
