गुरुलाघवयोगाच्चापदां नियोगविकल्पसमुच्चया भवन्ति ॥ कZ_०९.७.७३ ॥

Transliteration

gurulāghavayogāccāpadāṃ niyogavikalpasamuccayā bhavanti

Translation

Depending on the relative weight (gravity) and lightness (ease) of circumstances, crises call for (i) fixed assignment, (ii) optional choice, or (iii) combination of measures.
