एषानुलोमा विपर्यये प्रतिलोमा ॥ कZ_०९.७.६९ ॥

Transliteration

eṣānulomā viparyaye pratilomā

Translation

These (political means) are in forward order (anuloma); in the reverse case, they are in reverse order (pratiloma).
