तयोश्चलामित्राक्रन्दोपग्रहात्सिद्धिः परमिश्राप्रतीकारो वा ॥ कZ_०९.७.२८ ॥

Transliteration

tayoś calā-mitra-ākranda-upagrahāt siddhiḥ paramiśrā-pratīkāro vā

Translation

In both cases, success comes by securing (even) movable/unstable allies, the ākṛanda and the upagraha—or else by employing a highly mixed set of countermeasures.
