स्वभूमिष्ठेषु तु त एवोपायाः ॥ कZ_०९.६.६३ ॥

svabhūmiṣṭheṣu tu ta evopāyāḥ

In the case of those firmly established in their own territory, those same measures (already stated) are to be applied.
