उत्साहशक्तिमतो वा प्रेषयेत् अमुष्य राज्यं गृहाण यथास्थितो नः संधिः इति ॥ कZ_०९.६.४२ ॥
utsāhaśaktimato vā preṣayet amuṣya rājyaṃ gṛhāṇa yathāsthito naḥ saṃdhiḥ iti
Or he should dispatch one possessing initiative and capability (with the message): “Seize that man’s kingdom; our treaty remains as it is.”
