अथामात्यः शत्रोस्तानेकैकशः प्ररूपयेत् ॥ कZ_०९.६.३७ ॥
Transliteration
athāmātyaḥ śatroḥ sthān ekaikaśaḥ prarūpayet
Translation
Then an (infiltrated) minister/agent should, one by one, reconnoiter and assess the enemy’s positions/posts.
