मन्त्र्यादिवर्जानामन्तरमात्यानामन्यतमकोपोऽन्तरमात्यकोपः ॥ कZ_०९.३.२० ॥
Transliteration
mantryādivarjānām antaramātyānām anyatamakopo 'ntaramātyakopaḥ
Translation
Resentment arising in any one among the intermediate officers—excluding the minister and other top officials—is termed “resentment of the intermediate officer” (antaramātya-kopa).
