विपर्यये खरोष्ट्राश्वबलप्रायो देशमल्पवर्षपङ्कम् ॥ कZ_०९.१.४९ ॥
Transliteration
viparyaye kharoṣṭrāśvabalaprāyo deśam alpavarṣapaṅkam
Translation
In the opposite case, one should (march) with a force mainly of donkeys, camels, and horses, in a region of scant rainfall and muddy ground.
