Sage Parāśara (speaking to Maitreya)
This verse presents Vishnu/Ananta as present within all beings—humans, animals, and every jiva—establishing divine immanence alongside supreme lordship.
Parāśara describes Vishnu as ‘antaḥstha’—the one who abides within all lives—while also being ‘sarveśa,’ the transcendent ruler of all.
Vishnu is affirmed as the Infinite Supreme Reality who sustains and animates all beings from within, grounding devotion and cosmology in a single sovereign Lord.
