catuṣpathān namas kuryāt kāle homaparo bhavet dīnān abhyuddharet sādhūn upāsīta bahuśrutān
An Kreuzungen soll er ehrfürchtig grüßen; zur rechten Zeit soll er dem Homa, dem Feueropfer, ergeben sein. Er soll die Bedürftigen aufrichten, den Tugendhaften dienen und die Gemeinschaft der Vielwissenden suchen.
