vaiśyānāṃ mārutaṃ sthānaṃ svadharmaniratātmanām gāndharvaṃ śūdrajātīnāṃ paricaryānuvartinām

Translation

Für die Vaiśyas, deren Geist fest in der eigenen Svadharma ruht, wird die Region Māruta als ihre Stätte verkündet; und für die als Śūdras Geborenen, die in hingebungsvoller Bedienung und treuem Dienst leben, ist das Gandharva-Reich als bestimmter Aufenthalt eingesetzt.
