Transliteration

na snānaṃ na ca dānaṃ ca lokayātrāṃ viśeṣataḥ | vyavahāraṃ na kṛtyaṃ ca kiṃciddharmasamudbhavam

Translation

Es gab weder rituelles Bad noch Almosengabe, und vor allem keinen gewöhnlichen Gang des öffentlichen Lebens; keine Geschäfte, keine Pflichten—nichts, was aus dem Dharma entspringt, wurde vollzogen.
