Acyuta (Lord Vishnu)

The verse highlights that liberation and right order in creation depend on Śiva’s prasāda (grace). Even exalted beings must approach Īśvara with humility, seeking forgiveness and anugraha rather than asserting entitlement.
By referring to the “Īśa-cihna” and the five-faced mark, the verse points to Saguna Śiva—worshipped through sacred emblems and forms (such as liṅga and pañcānana iconography)—as the accessible focus through which grace is received.
A practical takeaway is to approach Śiva with kṣamā-prārthanā (seeking forgiveness) and prasāda-bhāva (receptivity to grace), supported by japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” and devotional offering in liṅga-pūjā.
