इतरत्त्वात्मरक्षार्थं ब्रह्मयोनिषु जायते । दिवाकरमुपस्थाय नित्यमित्थं समाचरेत्
itarattvātmarakṣārthaṃ brahmayoniṣu jāyate | divākaramupasthāya nityamitthaṃ samācaret
Um das verkörperte Selbst davor zu bewahren, in niedrigere Daseinszustände zu fallen, soll man unter den von Brahmā Geborenen (edlen, dharmischen Geschlechtern) geboren werden. Darum soll man, nachdem man täglich die Sonne (Divākara) verehrt hat, stets auf diese Weise handeln.

By prescribing daily reverent practice (nitya-karman) such as honoring Divākara, it emphasizes purification and steadiness—qualities that make Linga-worship and Saguna Shiva devotion fruitful and focused.
Daily worship/attendance upon the Sun (Divākara-upāsanā), performed consistently as part of one’s regular discipline, as a purifying support for Shaiva sādhanā.
