The Account of Śambhu’s Incarnation that Dispels Doubts Concerning Women
अमुष्य बालस्य पिता स विदर्भमहीपतिः । पूर्वजन्मनि पाण्ड्योऽसौ बभूव नृपसत्तमः
amuṣya bālasya pitā sa vidarbhamahīpatiḥ | pūrvajanmani pāṇḍyo'sau babhūva nṛpasattamaḥ
Der Vater jenes Knaben war der erhabene Herrscher von Vidarbha. In einer früheren Geburt war eben derselbe König im Lande der Pāṇḍya gewesen—der Beste unter den Königen.
