The Account of Śambhu’s Incarnation that Dispels Doubts Concerning Women
अथ तज्जननी दैवात्तृषिताति नृपाङ्गना । सरोवतीर्णा पानार्थं ग्रस्ता ग्राहेण पाथसि
atha tajjananī daivāttṛṣitāti nṛpāṅganā | sarovatīrṇā pānārthaṃ grastā grāheṇa pāthasi
Dann, durch die Wendung des Schicksals, wurde jene edle Königin—seine Mutter—von heftigem Durst ergriffen. Um zu trinken, stieg sie in den See hinab und wurde im Wasser von einem Krokodil gepackt.
