इत्येवं च वदन्तस्ते भयादूदूरमुपस्थि ताः । नृसिंहक्रोधजज्वालाव्याकुलाः पद्मभूमुखाः
ityevaṃ ca vadantaste bhayādūdūramupasthi tāḥ | nṛsiṃhakrodhajajvālāvyākulāḥ padmabhūmukhāḥ
So sprachen sie; doch Brahmā, der Lotosgeborene, und die anderen standen aus Furcht in der Ferne, ihre Gesichter verstört und erschüttert vom lodernden Feuer, das aus Narasiṁhas Zorn entsprang.
