अत्रीश्वरमाहात्म्यवर्णनम् (Atrīśvara-māhātmya-varṇanam) — “Account of the Greatness of Atrīśvara”
गंगोवाच । स्वामिनः सेवनं दृष्ट्वा शिवस्य च परात्मनः । साध्वि धर्मं च ते दृष्ट्वा स्थितास्मि तव सन्निधौ
gaṃgovāca | svāminaḥ sevanaṃ dṛṣṭvā śivasya ca parātmanaḥ | sādhvi dharmaṃ ca te dṛṣṭvā sthitāsmi tava sannidhau
Gaṅgā sprach: „O Tugendhafte, da ich deinen hingebungsvollen Dienst an Herrn Śiva—dem höchsten Selbst—gesehen und deine standhafte Rechtschaffenheit im Dharma erkannt habe, bin ich gekommen und verweile hier in deiner Gegenwart.“
