Harīśvara-liṅga Mahimā and the Origin-Context of Viṣṇu’s Sudarśana (हरिश्वरलिङ्गमहिमा तथा सुदर्शनप्राप्तिकथा)

तं दृष्ट्वा स प्रसन्नोऽभूच्छंकरस्सर्वदुःखहा । आविर्बभूव तत्रैव जगाद वचनं हरिम्

taṃ dṛṣṭvā sa prasanno'bhūcchaṃkarassarvaduḥkhahā | āvirbabhūva tatraiva jagāda vacanaṃ harim

Als Er ihn sah, wurde Śaṅkara—der Vertilger allen Leids—voller Wohlgefallen. Sogleich offenbarte Er sich dort und sprach zu Hari (Viṣṇu).
