Description of Anasūyā and Atri’s Austerities

तथैनां च तदा दृष्ट्वा नायान्तीह समीपगाः । अत्रेश्च तपसश्चैवानसूया शिवसेवनम्

tathaināṃ ca tadā dṛṣṭvā nāyāntīha samīpagāḥ | atreśca tapasaścaivānasūyā śivasevanam

Und als sie sie dann erblickten, wagten sie nicht, sich ihr zu nähern. Denn Atris Askese und Anasūyās hingebungsvoller Dienst an Herrn Śiva waren gewaltig und heiligend.
