इन्द्रजित्-हनूमद्-युद्धं तथा निकुम्भिलायां होमः

स राक्षसानांकदनंचकारसुमहाकपिः ।वृतोवानरसैन्येनकालान्तकयोमोपमः ।।।।
sa rākṣasānāṃ kadanaṃ cakāra sumahākapiḥ | vṛto vānarasainyena kālāntakayama-upamaḥ ||
Jener überaus mächtige große Affe richtete unter den Rākṣasas ein gewaltiges Gemetzel an; vom Vānara-Heer umgeben, glich er Yama, dem Tod am Ende der Zeiten.
