अस्यैवतुवधेयत्नंकरिष्यावोमहाभुज ।आदेक्ष्यावोमहावेगावस्त्रानाशीविषोपमान् ।।।।

Transliteration

asyaiva tu vadhe yatnaṁ kariṣyāvo mahābhuja | ādekṣyāvo mahāvegān astrān āśīviṣopamān || 6.80.40 ||

Translation

Doch um ihn zu erschlagen, o Mächtigarmiger, werden wir uns bemühen; wir werden schnelle, wuchtige Waffen einsetzen, gleich giftigen Schlangen in ihrem tödlichen Stoß.
