इन्द्रजितो यज्ञानुष्ठानं अन्तर्धानं च

Transliteration

jājvalyamāno vapuṣā tapanīya-paricchadaḥ | mṛgaiś candrārdha-candraiś ca sa rathaḥ samalaṅkṛtaḥ ||6.80.13||

Translation

In glühendem Glanz erstrahlend und mit goldenen Beschlägen bekleidet, war jener Wagen reich geschmückt mit Hirschgestalten sowie mit Zeichen von Mond und Mondsichel.
