जवेनमहतायुक्तोमारुतिर्मारुतोयथा ।जगामहरिशार्दूलोदिशश्शब्देनपूरयन् ।।6.74.55।।
javena mahatā yukto mārutir māruto yathā | jagāma hari-śārdūlo diśaḥ śabdena pūrayan ||
Mit gewaltiger Schnelligkeit begabt, zog Māruti—der Tiger unter den Affen—dahin wie der Wind selbst und erfüllte die Himmelsrichtungen mit seinem Dröhnen.
