इन्द्रजितः अन्तर्धानयुद्धं

बाणपातान्तरेरामंपतितंपुरुषर्षभम् ।।6.45.25।।सतत्रलक्ष्मणोदृष्टवानिराशोजीवितेऽभवत् ।
bāṇapātāntare rāmaṃ patitaṃ puruṣarṣabham |
sa tatra lakṣmaṇo dṛṣṭvā nirāśo jīvite 'bhavat ||6.45.25||
Als Lakṣmaṇa Rāma, den Besten der Menschen, im Bereich der Pfeile gefallen sah, verlor er dort jede Hoffnung, selbst auf sein eigenes Leben.
