लङ्काप्राकारारोहणम् / Assault on Lanka’s Ramparts and the Opening Clash
ततोवानरसैन्येनमुक्तोनादःसमन्ततः ।मलयःपूरितोयेनससानुप्रस्थकन्दरः ।।।।
tato vānarasainyena mukto nādaḥ samantataḥ |
malayaḥ pūrito yena sa-sānuprastha-kandaraḥ ||
Dann ließ das Vānara-Heer ringsum ein mächtiges Brüllen erschallen, und davon wurde der Malaya-Berg erfüllt: seine Hänge, Grate und Höhlen hallten wider.
