युद्धलक्षण-निमित्तदर्शनं तथा लङ्काद्वारव्यूहः
War Omens and the Encirclement of Lanka’s Gates
पूर्वंतुद्वारमासाद्यनीलोहरिचमूपतिः ।अतिष्ठत्सहमैन्देनद्विविदेनचवीर्यवान् ।।6.41.38।।
pūrvaṃ tu dvāram āsādya nīlo haricamūpatiḥ |
atiṣṭhat saha maindena dvividena ca vīryavān || 6.41.38 ||
Daraufhin erreichte Nīla, der tapfere Befehlshaber des Affenheeres, das Osttor und hielt dort Stellung, zusammen mit Mainda und Dvivida.
"O broad shouldered hero, tamer of foes! Do not do this kind of action. Even if you were harmed a bit, O destroyer of foes, of what use is it to me or even to Sita, Bharata, Satrughna or to Lakshmana or even to my body?"
